Die Phillies

April 7, 2010

Came home today after die Katze and I ran 35 people through a video game study. From 1030 to 830 straight we ran studies. Nuts. Paper deadline on Sunday, so hopefully we make it.

Anywise, die Katze and I came home and watched the Phils. So nice. Only got to see a couple innings, but still great to see again.

One word on Monday night’s Duke win: huge. Der Bruder wins $2500 schadole. And what a game too. But clearly the most financially important team won, and that’s all that matters.

Also watched the end of The Guru of Go last night. It’s about Loyola Marymount’s run in 1990. Paul Westhead, the coach said something very poignant: You only get so much magic. That’s really what March Madness is all about. And for Butler, they were the better team for most of the tournament, but at the end, they just ran out of magic. What a run though.
