He Back

He Back

Just got Flash, quit poker, so I’m ready to get back to him. One thing I really want to find is a nice way to put it on YouTube. Exporting as .mov did not work. Well, it worked, but YouTube tore it apart. Then I tried to export it as an AVI, but my 20 second video with no sound became 310MB, and it still dropped frames. So I’m trying Vimeo. We’ll see how that goes. It would be really great if I could get the videos onto YouTube, so if anyone has any ideas, please send.

KDawg saw an opportunity, and he took it. Well done on so many levels. I’m adding a Something/Nothing poll, but I’ll already have voted 5 times for Something by the time you see it.

EDIT: The sign is reminding a dejected Skiz that Brett Favre has returned to the NFL

Submit your own photoshop. I hadn’t realized how perfect that picture was for photoshopping.

Something or nothing?

September 16, 2009

I like t-shirts.

I think I’m going to start making t-shirts when I get my hands on a screen press. Here’s a t-shirt design.

I’ll explain by saying that, ‘ohne ScheiƟ’ means ‘no shit?’ in German. However, I feel like it’s much cooler than, ‘No shit?’.

It’s probably about as cool as, ‘No balls?’ which I like to say.

Also, when Catherine and I came to Germany, we wanted to get some cool German shirts with German writing. Unfortunately, we haven’t found many. So this could fill that void.

Note: Slowrider(tm) and I had a discussion about the polls. He tried to repeatedly vote in the poll, and I said I had it disabled. He asked why.

You can now vote as many times as you want.

As of September 18th, 2009, this has been declared, Something!

Usually inanimate things don’t get portraits. They get stuffed into a category called, ‘Still Life’. But the following can only be described as a portrait. Still life implies that there is no life, but this is bursting with life.

And accuracy. It is also accurate.

Here is, ‘A Portrait of a Bike as a Sad Bike’, by Catherine Stocker. It was composed at a very sad time of her, and her bike’s life.
